Some Thoughts for Keeping Your Customers Coming Back to Your Store

 

Offer free 24-hour towing to collision center.  This helps you to know where your vehicle is if it is in an accident.  Could prevent you from learning that it is in an impound lot somewhere after it has been there for a month or more.

Offer an additional dollar amount trade-in guarantee when your customer gets ready to trade in that vehicle that he just bought from you.

Offer a 48-hour exchange policy.  If a customer gets buyer’s remorse, this gets him/her back in to exchange for a different vehicle from your store.

These ideas could help close deals that you might otherwise lose. They can help you with warranty penetration and will definitely give customers more confidence to do business with you.  Just put yourself in your customer’s shoes and think how you would react to such offers.
